Reality in Waste Reduction: the Data Are the Rhetoric a Cooperative State-federal Information System

The reality is that waste reduction is important to environmental quality and economic productivity alike. The people are a growing circle of practitioners radiating from pioneering efforts in state government. The tool that I will describe today is a computerized teaching and information "waste reduction advisory system" developed by a w o r k group of State, Provincial and USEPA people under the umbrella of the Roundtable of State Waste Reduction Programs.
